Exchange will only be entertained under the following circumstances:
1. The size does not fit. (The pickup and replacement costs will be fully borne by the customer)
2. A wrong order has been sent to you. (Supplier will bear the delivery cost)
Bags & Accessories
1. Detailed product descriptions is provided for every design and the pictures are presented as close to the original products as possible. However, please note that the colour may vary due to different computer screen settings. Therefore should the customer requests for a different design or colour, the pickup cost and replacement costs will be fully borne by the customer.
2. If a wrong order has been sent to you, a replacement will be sent to your at no cost.
To exchange, please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of order. You can email us at orders@joolian-.com, stating your reasons, contact number, invoice number and reasons for exchange.
For an exchange for another item, the price must be of the same or higher.
Our exchange policy does not apply if the merchandise has been worn / used, washed, soiled or damaged. The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange on any product that is not in its original new condition.
