1. COMPANY POLICY

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the website.  We may refuse to process an order at any time at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to amend our policy at any time.  Any amendments shall take immediate effect once it is posted on our website.  Please read through our policy from time to time so that you are aware of any changes in our policy.

2. PAYMENT

1.  Currency

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.  International customers may use the Currency Converter to estimate the prices in US$ or AUS$.

2.  Methods

We encourage you to pay by credit card if you want to minimize your waiting time.

Crossed Cheques  ( For local orders only )
Please write a crossed cheque to Joo Lian Pte Ltd with your invoice number and contact number clearly indicated at the back of the cheque.  If we do not receive your cheque within 5 working days, we will cancel the order and you would have to reorder again.  Please drop us an email at orders@joo-lian.com, stating your cheque number and invoice number once you have mailed out the cheque.

3. DELIVERY

Local Delivery Schedule

Credit Card Payment
: Merchandise will be delivered within 3 working days once payment is approved and processed by eNets.

Crossed Cheque Payment
: Please email us at orders@joo-lian.com to make special arrangement.

Deliveries on weekdays only (excluding public holidays)

Do place your orders early during festive seasons as longer lead time is required for delivery.
 

* A surcharge of $7 will be imposed for every failed delivery attempt.  Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address and that someone is available to receive the items.

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Apparels

Exchange will only be entertained under the following circumstances:

1. The size does not fit.  (The pickup and replacement costs will be fully borne by the customer)


2. A wrong order has been sent to you.  (Supplier will bear the delivery cost)

Bags & Accessories

1. Detailed product descriptions is provided for every design and the pictures are presented as close to the original products as possible.  However, please note that the colour may vary due to different computer screen settings.  Therefore should the customer requests for a different design or colour, the pickup cost and replacement costs will be fully borne by the customer.

2. If a wrong order has been sent to you, a replacement will be sent to your at no cost.

To exchange, please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of order.  You can email us at
orders@joolian-.com, stating your reasons, contact number, invoice number and reasons for exchange.

For an exchange for another item, the price must be of the same or higher.

Our exchange policy does not apply if the merchandise has been worn / used, washed, soiled or damaged.  The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange on any product that is not in its original new condition
